Game Over: MUA Agrees to Withdraw Industrial Action


The long negotiation battle has finally come to a halt after Patrick Terminal decided to submit an application to he Fair Work Commission (FWC) which aims to terminate its Enterprise Agreement with the MUA.


Both parties finally came to a mutual decision to resolve the dispute by attending a reconciliation session on Wednesday 10th November and has agreed that all notified and ongoing industrial action will be withdrawn effective from Wednesday 10th November, with no further action to be notified before 10 December 2021.


Now that resolution is on it's way, Patrick terminal's main focus is to ensure that all their terminals nationally will be back to it's normal operation in support to Australia's economic recovery.
