Hapag - Lloyd manifest reporting issues

This is to give notice to everyone that Hapag Lloyd is currently having issues with manifest lodgement.

To be on top of everything we have reached out to to senior management at Hapag Lloyd by telephone and email and was assured that their IT teams are now working with customs IT to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

We have also sought commentary from Hapag Lloyd to assure industry that they will not be subject to storage / detention charges for containers impacted by this matter which is totally out of their hands.
