Online Shopping Scam Alert - Ghost Sellers

We have been receiving a lot of enquiries from individuals trying to track e-commerce parcels which we have no record or affiliation. As of this week, this has now escalated to not only tracking online parcels but individuals having credit card debits showing on their statements listed as freight providers. It has been identified that they are "ghost sellers" through several online sale platforms and a scam. Please note at Image International Freight we do not charge client credit cards directly.

Please be advised this is a known scam and it has been reported to NSW Police, if you suspect this may have impacted you, you can contact the NSW Police helpline on 131 444 where they will be able to assist you further. We do recommend that consumers only look to reputable online platforms with secure payment gateways to purchase any goods from overseas.
